Celebrate New Year’s Eve 2025 in Nashville
Lainey Wilson, Jason Aldean, Bailey Zimmerman, CeCe Winans, and the Fisk Jubilee Singers –I don’t think we’ve ever hosted a bigger New Year’s Eve concert celebration than what’s awaiting you this year in Nashville.
Please note that, unlike our July 4th celebration, fireworks are based at the Bicentennial Mall–NOT on the east bank of the river so tall buildings north of Broadway will likely obscure a portion of the displays.
Hope you had a blast NYE. Nashville will be crankin’ it up again next December 31st.

Nashville’s Big Bash
Our annual New Year’s Eve celebration, Nashville’s Big Bash, will once again be held in Bicentennial Mall State Park–just north of downtown. Food and drink vendors will be available onsite. (The gates open at 5:30pm with DJ sets. CBS will televise performances live starting at 7:00pm.)
There is a dedicated Sober Space–an area designed for those who want to celebrate without alcohol or other substances.
A 90-second fireworks display will launch us into 2026 with a bang. It will be visible from the Bicentennial Mall and most rooftops along Lower Broadway. You’ll probably have a decent view from Riverfront Park and much of the East Bank, especially the really high-flying rockets.
General information about Nashville’s Big Bash. Make sure you wise up on house rules so you know what you can and can’t bring.
WeGo, our metro bus line, will be be operating a continuous free shuttle between James Robertson Parkway (south end of the Bicentennial Mall) and Hume Fogg High School (corner of Broadway and Rosa Park Blvd. (aka 8th Avenue N.) every 10 minutes until 1:30am.
PARKING
- If you want to park anywhere near the concert, you’ll need to arrive early because space is limited.
- Limited parking at Nissan Stadium’s Lots E and F is available. Last year’s cost was $10; haven’t seen an update for 2025.
- Downtown parking options here.
RIDESHARE/TAXI DROP-OFFS & PICK-UPS
Multiple sites are located around the event grounds: one on James Robertson Parkway, four on Rosa Parks Blivd, and two on Jefferson Street.
SCOOTERS AND BICYCLES
There are designated spots to drop off scooters or store bicycles.
ADA DROP-OFFS/PICK-UPS
Quoting official info: Vehicles with ADA Permit Hangtags or License Plates will be allowed to drop off and pick up on Rosa L. Parks Boulevard near the Tennessee State Museum, north of Locklayer Street. Vehicles may stop only to drop off and pick up.
RED FROG SUPPORT NETWORK
These volunteers are ready to help people who have overconsumed alcohol or have other basic needs that don’t require skilled medical intervention. Their tents are located on both the east and west sides of the viewing area approximately halfway between the stage and the carillon.
MEDICAL TENTS
Four are located to the north, south, east and west of the viewing area.
WARMING TENT
If it’s really cold and you need to warm up, this hot spot is located on the east side near the Red Frog tent.
TIPS
- Lodging is fairly limited in the immediate area so book early if you want an easy walk to the concert.
- Learn more about this neighborhood known as Germantown.
- Need something? There’s a Kroger just two blocks from Bicentennial Mall (but it’ll be closing early).
Downtown New Year’s Eve Events
Honky tonks and bars across town will be hosting their own themed events and rooftop fireworks watch parties. I won’t try to list them all but here are some of the most unique. General reference point: the better the view of the fireworks, the higher the ticket price.
NOTE: Most honky tonk venues have no cover charge EXCEPT on New Year’s Eve and July 4th so be advised to pay up or seek out a spot that doesn’t charge an entry fee.
Overindulged or need assistance? Red Frogs, an international organization, will have a tent set up a a tent downtown. In years past, it’s been between 2nd Avenue and Bridgestone Arena. Be smart. Be safe. (Haven’t been able to get specifics from RF.)
